Job Description - Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:


TIAA is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time position is entry-level, perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry. As a Remote Client Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and general information about our products and services - Provide support to clients navigating our online platforms and tools - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed - Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback to management


Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Driven and reliable personality traits - Demonstrated leadership and emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Basic knowledge of financial services and investment products (training will be provided) - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
