Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking a motivated and passionate Client Support Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner - Conduct thorough research to address client concerns and provide accurate information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently - Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable support to clients - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Adaptability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in financial services or client support is a plus - Must be motivated, passionate, adaptable, and have strong research skills
