Job Description - Client Support Specialist


Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Client Support Specialist to join our team at Humana in San Antonio, Texas. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve our clients


Requirements: - Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be eligible for Visa sponsorship
