Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


ExxonMobil is seeking a diligent and resourceful Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As the primary point of contact for our customers, the Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer and manage inbound calls from customers regarding products, services, and general inquiries. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction. 5. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved in a timely manner. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service procedures and policies. 7. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and opportunities for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Resourceful and reliable with a positive attitude. 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and databases. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
