Job Description:
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various contact channels. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position, showcasing your ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities: - Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence from clients in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding products and services - Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate team members as needed - Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Proven experience in a customer service or contact center role for at least 4 years - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Soft skills in persuasion and project management - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
