Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

Unity Technologies is currently seeking a part-time Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Providing support to customers via email and live chat - Assisting with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management - Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent, able to work effectively with minimal supervision - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and contact center software is a plus - Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
