Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

SunTrust Banks is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Entry Level Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with account-related questions and provide information on products and services - Process customer transactions and accurately document all interactions in the system - Identify and escalate any customer issues or concerns to the appropriate department for resolution - Meet or exceed key performance indicators and quality standards set by the company - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance job skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred - Passionate and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service - Strong presentation and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High school diploma or equivalent
