Job Description - Remote Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team at Kabbage, a leading financial technology company located in Phoenix, Arizona, US. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a confident and motivated personality, along with exceptional people management and research skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. - Conduct research and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services. - Manage customer relationships effectively and efficiently. - Meet or exceed set performance metrics and goals. - Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service processes. - Utilize company-provided equipment to perform job duties effectively.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Confidence and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment
