Job Description - Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


Pacific Life is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. The Contact Center Associate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and providing exceptional service to clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 3. Provide product and service information to customers. 4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service delivery. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management. 8. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude. 6. Strong problem-solving and project management skills. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 9. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
