Job Description - Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


Qualtrics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products and services, assist with order processing, and address customer complaints - Utilize strategic planning and negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and concerns effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Follow established policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Strong strategic planning and negotiation abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
