Contact Center Manager

Job Description: Commercial Metals Company is seeking a talented Contact Center Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center, ensuring smooth and efficient customer interactions.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Implement and maintain contact center technology and software solutions - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and implement contact center policies and procedures - Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions - Drive team performance through motivation, coaching, and mentoring

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations - Persuasion skills to drive team performance and customer satisfaction - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
