Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with 6 years of experience in the industry and who are looking to take on a mid-to-senior level role. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives and ensuring that they are providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience. 3. Monitor key performance metrics and provide feedback and coaching to team members. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members. 7. Manage scheduling and staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. 9. Foster a positive and energetic work environment for the team.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 6 years of experience in a contact center management role. 3. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 4. Strong planning and cooperation skills. 5. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Experience with remote team management tools and software. 8. Knowledge of customer service best practices. 9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
