Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Computer Sciences is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team remotely from Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position is suitable for a candidate with 7 years of experience in a contact center environment and a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the contact center, ensuring high quality and efficient service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Provide coaching and feedback to contact center agents to drive performance and adherence to company policies - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Create and maintain reports on contact center performance for management review - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contact center operations


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a contact center environment - Mid-to-senior level of seniority - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of contact center software and tools - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
