Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Contact Center Officer to join our team at FedEx in Houston, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and requests for information. 2. Assist customers with tracking packages, scheduling deliveries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions that align with company policies. 4. Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer issues and achieve optimal outcomes. 6. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update information in the company database. 7. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service delivery. 8. Continuously improve knowledge of FedEx services, products, and processes to better assist customers and drive business growth.
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on people management. - Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts with a customer-centric approach. - Proven track record of working in a team-oriented environment and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
