Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a part-time Contact Center Officer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues using problem-solving skills. 4. Document all interactions with customers in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Confident and hardworking attitude. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to analyze data and identify trends. 5. Team player with a willingness to collaborate with others. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
