Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Contact Center Officer to join our team at Nordstrom in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service over the phone and through email. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products, services, and promotions - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Persuasion skills and emotional intelligence - Reliable and hardworking - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
