Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team at Gilead Sciences in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields. This is a part-time role where you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and timely manner - Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner - Upselling and cross-selling products or services to increase revenue - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong persuasion and people management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and other relevant tools - Experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred - Must have a dedicated and reliable work ethic
