Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Anadarko Petroleum is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative in our Chicago office. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center setting. The Contact Center Representative will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers and providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution 3. Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately in the system 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system 6. Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate insights to management 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong customer service mindset 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve under pressure 4. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate with others 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred 7. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
