Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Contact Center Representative to join our team at W.R. Berkley in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 4+ years of experience in customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills - Strong time management and organization skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions - Passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
