Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description: United Continental Holdings is seeking a Contact Center Representative to work from home in Houston, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, the Contact Center Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and chats in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Input and update customer information in the company database - Provide guidance and support to customers with any technical difficulties they may encounter - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance - Maintain a high level of knowledge about products, services, and promotions - Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, call quality, and response times - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and exceed customer expectations

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Passionate and resilient individual who can handle challenging customer interactions with grace and professionalism - Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required - Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
