Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

GitLab is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Contact Center Representative to work from home. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable and hardworking, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and escalating cases as needed. 4. Document customer interactions and update customer records with relevant information. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
