Job Description:
IBM is seeking a talented Contact Center Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues - Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals - Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and maintain records - Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and services - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company
Requirements: - Associate's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Resourceful and hardworking with a strong attention to detail - Excellent project management skills - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be able to work part-time hours with flexibility - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
