Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. - Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and understanding. - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to assist customers with product or service-related questions. - Stay up-to-date on product updates, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
