Job Description:
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a passionate and resilient Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about Thermo Fisher Scientific products and services - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution - Document customer interactions and update customer records in the database - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues - Meet or exceed customer service and performance targets - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Resilience in handling challenging customer situations
