Job Description:

Genuine Parts is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Uphold company policies and procedures while interacting with customers - Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through outstanding service
