Job Description:
As a Customer Care Assistant at Procter & Gamble in New York City, New York, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, monitoring customer feedback, and collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
