Customer Care Assistant

Autoliv is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a confident and independent individual with strong persuasion and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Provide product information and technical support to customers. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred. 6. Confidence and independence in decision-making and problem-solving.
