Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


Boston Scientific is seeking a confident and reliable Customer Care Assistant to join our team in New York City, New York. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers in our database. 5. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Providing feedback on customer trends and preferences to improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer care skills. 8. Other administrative tasks as assigned by the customer care manager.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and people management skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
