Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. No prior experience is required, as we will provide training to help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients over the phone and through email communication. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, including policy information, claims, and account updates. 3. Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues. 4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system. 5. Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively. 6. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell additional insurance products or services to customers. 7. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and build strong relationships within the company.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 6. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 7. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and promote additional products or services.
