Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Alorica in Los Angeles, California. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess confidence, drive, innovation, and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional service to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat - Providing information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure - Confidence and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment - Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
