Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join our team at PulteGroup, a leading home construction company, in San Jose, California. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolving customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Providing product and service information to customers. 4. Taking ownership of customer concerns and following through to resolution. 5. Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Demonstrating adaptability to handle a variety of customer scenarios. 8. Managing customer expectations and negotiating solutions when needed.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. 5. Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required. 6. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage difficult people. 7. Must be adaptable to handle a variety of customer personalities and situations. 8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and energetic work environment.
