Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

SunTrust Banks is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Answering inbound customer calls and assisting with inquiries, issues, and feedback - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Providing product and service information to customers - Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Consistently meeting performance metrics and targets set by management - Representing the company in a positive light at all times

Requirements: - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong communication skills - Excellent decision-making abilities - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
