Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Epic Games is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals who are resourceful, passionate, and possess strong negotiation and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical support related to our products and services - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams for further investigation - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with challenging customer situations - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and processes
