Remote Customer Care Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team at Alaska Air Group in Los Angeles, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of being resourceful and motivated. Soft skills such as teamwork and negotiation will also be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing product and service information to customers as needed - Striving to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
