Job Description - Remote Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


Exelon is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, and technical support. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. 6. Utilize project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Cooperate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Confident and motivated personality. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong cooperation and project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 7.
