Job description:
The Priceline Group is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time, entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are independent, passionate about customer service, and possess strong planning and problem-solving skills. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking reservations, making changes to existing bookings, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter - Provide personalized recommendations and travel advice based on customer preferences and needs - Utilize company resources and technology to efficiently resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficient with basic computer applications and comfortable learning new systems - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
