Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


Alcoa is looking for a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and efficient manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 6. Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Reliable and resourceful with a strong sense of responsibility. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 4. High level of adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong planning and organizational skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
