Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Apache is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are independent, dedicated, and looking to gain valuable experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Listen to customers' needs and concerns, offer solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent strategic planning and time management skills - Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office - High school diploma or equivalent
