Job Description - Remote Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team at Hilton Worldwide Holdings in San Francisco, California. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry while working from the comfort of their own home.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist guests with booking reservations, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with guests and provide accurate information. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any discrepancies. 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and problem solve customer issues. 6. Requirements: 1. Hardworking and passionate individual with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer care. 2. Excellent planning and organizational skills to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines. 3. Ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations to provide the best possible service. 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues. 5. Must be proficient with technology and comfortable using various communication channels. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
