Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team at Hilton Worldwide Holdings in San Francisco, California. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry while working from the comfort of their own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, and chat. 2.
