Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Ecolab is seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires a high level of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers - Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support - Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary - Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates on service issues - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement - Provide guidance and support to customer care team members


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and resilient personality - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits
