Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager


Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team at Dollar Tree. This part-time position is based in San Diego, California, and requires an associate-level of seniority with at least 5 years of experience in customer care management. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of remote customer care representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, including hiring, training, and performance reviews - Develop and implement customer care strategies and initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and ensure goals are met - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address customer needs and issues - Develop training materials and resources for the customer care team - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in customer care management - Dedicated and resourceful personality traits - Strong presentation and teamwork skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
