Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Las Vegas Sands in Phoenix, Arizona is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident and resilient, with strong people management and research skills.


Responsibilities: - Overseeing the customer care team and ensuring excellent service - Developing and implementing customer care policies and procedures - Handling escalated customer complaints and issues - Analyzing customer feedback to improve services - Providing training and support to customer care team members - Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer care


Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years experience in customer service - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to problem solve and think critically - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
