Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Care Manager to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role will require a high level of problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer support - Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular training sessions for customer service staff


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven track record of managing a customer service team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to adapt to changing customer needs - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred - Experience with CRM software is a plus
