Job Description:
Waste Management is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a mid-to-senior level position with at least 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field, the Customer Care Manager will play a critical role in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives to provide exceptional service to our customers - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and service level agreements - Conduct regular training sessions for customer care representatives to ensure they are equipped to handle a variety of customer inquiries
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of at least 6 years in customer service or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Attention to detail and strong planning skills - Experience with customer relationship management software is a plus
