Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and driven Customer Care Manager to join our team at Siemens in Washington, D.C. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer care or client relations role. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates - Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues - Monitor and analyze customer feedback, trends, and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer care strategies with company objectives - Conduct regular training sessions for customer care staff to enhance customer service skills and maintain a high level of professionalism - Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management on customer care initiatives and performance metrics - Oversee the implementation of customer care technology systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in a customer care or client relations role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Experience in presenting to senior management and stakeholders - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
