Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Stripe is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in San Antonio, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, support, and training. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Oversee the resolution of customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Analyze customer care metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer care.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field. 2. Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Strong project management and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
