Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Sempra Energy is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to work remotely from home in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for someone who is energetic, confident, and skilled in negotiation and persuasion.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and complaints through various channels such as phone, email, and social media - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Train and mentor customer care representatives to provide exceptional service - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven track record of success in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
