Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Terex is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. This role will require a high level of motivation and dedication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations. 6. Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics. 7. Continuously improve customer care processes and procedures. 8. Handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.


Requirements: 1. Associate Level seniority with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Motivated and dedicated team player. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is a plus.
