Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Hess, a leading company in the energy sector, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Care Officer to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails to assist with inquiries, complaints, and requests - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with other customer care tasks as needed


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems creatively - Innovative approach to improving customer care processes - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
