Job Description:
ManpowerGroup is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Customer Care Officer to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers 4. Processing orders and payments accurately 5. Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role 2. Hardworking and confident personality traits 3. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 6. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software 7. High school diploma or equivalent
